Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year UAE accounting/admin experience.
• Practical knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
• Practical knowledge of Zoho Books is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Understanding of UAE VAT and basic accounting practices.
• Knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and accurate financial records.
• Handle invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and expense entries.
• Maintain accounts receivable and payable records and follow up on payments.
• Prepare basic financial, collection, and management reports as required.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations on invoices and documentation.
• Support day-to-day office administration and record-keeping.
