Job summary

Gulf Marketing Group (GMG Group) in Dubai seeks a delivery driver to load, transport, and deliver items to customers with an emphasis on safety and timeliness. You will review orders, assist with loading and unloading, and follow routes and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 1–3 years of UAE delivery experience, a valid UAE Two-Wheel license, and basic English communication skills. On-site position with a focus on customer service and reliable vehicle upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers or units in a safe and timely manner.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Abide to assigned routes and follow time schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling delivery complaints from clients professionally.
• Pick up office purchases or other administrative needs, as and when required.
• Ensure that vehicles are clean and have sufficient gas, repaired when necessary and are always ready for use.
• Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
• Abide all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

About the role:

The role holder undertakes various transporting duties such as delivering items to customers in a timely manner and ensuring that vehicles are always ready for use, among other duties.

About the requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid UAE Driver’s License (Two‑Wheel)
• 1–3 years of UAE experience as a licensed driver
• Experience in pharmaceutical delivery is a plus
• Basic English communication skills (written and spoken)
