Job summary

Istituto Marangoni Dubai is seeking a seasoned fashion accessories educator with extensive industry experience to inspire the next generation of designers. The role centers on delivering engaging practical and theoretical classes in fashion accessories.

You will guide students from research and concept development to material selection, prototyping and final presentation, helping them develop innovative market-ready collections.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Fashion Accessories or related discipline.
• Professional industry experience in fashion accessories or luxury product design.
• Strong knowledge of accessory design materials and manufacturing processes.
• Teaching or mentoring experience in higher education is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional portfolio demonstrating expertise in fashion accessories.
• UAE Residence Visa required.

Essential Requirements

• Strong knowledge of accessory design materials manufacturing processes and contemporary industry practices.
• Previous teaching or mentoring experience in higher education is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication organisational and interpersonal skills.
• A professional portfolio demonstrating expertise in fashion accessories.

Desirable Skills

• Experience working with international luxury or contemporary fashion brands.
