Job summary

China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) - Dubai invites a seasoned TTM Manager to lead temporary traffic management for ongoing and upcoming Dubai infrastructure projects. The role requires a civil engineering degree and strong leadership in fast-paced project environments.

The ideal candidate has 8-12 years in TTM within the UAE, 3-5 years in a managerial capacity, and proven experience with RTA, Dubai Municipality, approvals, permits, and NOCs. UAE driving license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in Temporary Traffic Management for road and infrastructure projects in the UAE.
• Minimum 3-5 years in a managerial role as TTM Manager / TTM Lead.
• Strong knowledge of RTA, Dubai Municipality, and authority requirements.
• Proven experience in TTM Plans, Traffic Diversion Plans, permits, and NOCs.
• Good knowledge of traffic control devices, signage, barriers, lighting, and road markings.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, communication, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, implement, and manage TTM Plans and Traffic Diversion Plans.
• Liaise with RTA, consultants, and authorities for approvals and permits.
• Conduct site surveys and risk assessments for safe traffic management.
• Plan and supervise TTM resources including manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure proper installation, maintenance, and compliance of traffic control devices.
• Monitor site activities to ensure safety of road users, public, and workers.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
