Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks an experienced Site Lead to manage the Triton MQ-4C Maintenance/FSE Team deployed overseas. You will direct field service engineers, oversee software upgrades, testing, and flight/maintenance operations for the MQ-4C Triton, coordinating with IPTs and customer leadership to meet program objectives.

The role requires 100% travel/relocation to 5th Fleet or other OCONUS locations, a Secret clearance, and prior NAVAIR/MQ-4C experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 9+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Two years of Systems Test/Systems Integration Engineering experience
• Active US Government Secret clearance (ability to obtain TS/SCI)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Triton MQ-4C Maintenance/FSE Team.
• Direct and schedule Field Service Engineers for software upgrades, integration, testing, and flight/maintenance ops.
• Coordinate with IPTs and customer maintenance leadership to meet program objectives.
