Job description

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing, organizing, structuring, and implementing all treasury‑related processes across the group.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily treasury operations, cash management, liquidity planning, and short‑term forecasting.
• Manage supplier payments, accounts payable, trade finance, letters of credit, and FX hedging.
• Maintain banking relationships, support funding strategies and credit facilities.
• Utilize SAP ERP and Treasury Management Systems for reporting and transaction processing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, VAT, and company policies.
• Lead a treasury team and mentor staff across multiple entities.
• Participate in audits, provide auditor support, and maintain risk mitigation policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8–15 years of treasury or finance experience, including accounts payable and trade finance.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, Treasury Management Systems and FX/commodity derivative trading.
• Professional accounting qualification (CFA, CPA, ACCA, CA) a plus.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience working within the UAE financial and regulatory environment.
