Job summary

Luxoft in Dubai is seeking experienced Treasury Front Office consultants to upgrade clients' treasury applications and provide critical trading-floor support. You will participate in projects, changes, and fixes that ensure smooth operations for traders and control groups.

You will deliver level 1/2 support, configure curves in Murex, and develop pre-trade rules while collaborating across stakeholders to maintain data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of front office support experience; total experience not exceeding 15 years.
• Expertise in at least 2 derivative types (IR vanilla/ exotic, equity, FX, commodities or credit).
• Good knowledge of derivatives products and end-to-end trade lifecycle.
• Excellent knowledge of capital markets products and processes, front to back.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1/2 trading floor support to traders and control groups.
• Support traders and middle office users on daily issues including PL, positions, and market data.
• Configure curves (rate, rate hedge, credit) and static data including securities, indices, currencies in Murex.
• Write new pre-trade rules, create/amend lookup tables, simulation views, e-tradepad strategies and Live Book views.
• Work on patch upgrades/version upgrades and testing to reconcile PL/Greeks issues and avoid regressions.
• Communicate with stakeholders, clients and change teams to share information.
• Ensure documentation and deliverables are aligned with standards.

We are initiating a new project to upgrade our clients Existing Treasury applications. Looking for Treasury Front office consultants.

Responsibilities

• The squad is responsible for support, change request and projects pertaining to treasury applications.
• Key responsibilities of the role include providing level 1 / level 2 trading floor support to traders and control groups.
• Support traders, middle office users on daily issues including PL / position mismatches / market data, mkt operations, etc.
• Configure curves (rate, rate hedge, credit) and static data including securities, generators, indices, currencies, vol surface, portfolios, user groups, access rights etc., in Murex.
• Write new pre trade rules, create / amend lookup tables / simulation views / e-tradepad strategies / Live Book views.
• Work on Patch upgrades / version upgrades testing to reconcile any PL / Greeks issue & avoid any regressions.
• Able to communicate with different stakeholders, internal, client and change teams to share information
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills accompanied with excellent communication
• Ensure documentation and deliverables are consistent with defined standards

Skills

Must have

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience as Front office support. Years of total experience not more than 15+.
• Expertise in at least 2 of the following: (such as) IR vanilla and exotic derivatives, Equity Derivatives, Commodity Derivatives, FX Derivatives, Structured Products Credit Derivatives, FIMM (Fixed Income, / Money Market).
• Good knowledge of derivatives products and their end-to-end trade lifecycle
• Excellent knowledge of Capital Markets products and processes, front to back

Nice to have

• Murex is good to have.
• Expertise in terms of pricing, valuation, risk management and sensitivities including for exotic products.
