Job summary

Agility Ventures in Dubai seeks a Treasury Back Office Manager to oversee and optimize core treasury back-office operations, focusing on payment processing and system administration. You will manage one direct report and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and control across high-value payment flows and related reporting.

You will back up critical treasury activities, support FX confirmations, IT2 and HSBCnet governance, and collaborate with the Deputy Treasurer on process improvements and system

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting/commerce (advantage).
• ACT or CTP qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in treasury, at least 3 in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-value domestic and cross-border payment flows within internal approval frameworks.
• Own payment processing controls, validation, and authorization workflows.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and bank issues; maintain banking relationships for execution.
