Role Overview

We are looking for a Tech Support Specialist-Travel Systems You’ll be the go-to person keeping our travel systems running like clockwork. From supporting agents and partners to troubleshooting IRix or GDS issues, you’ll make sure every booking and backend process flows seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day might include :

  • Supporting users on IRIX and GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.)
  • Solving system and integration issues – fast and efficiently
  • Testing new releases, tools, and product updates
  • Coordinating with our support operations, product & tech teams to squash bugs and enhance features
  • Documenting FAQs, tips, and training material for our growing team
Requirements
  • 2–4 years’ experience in administering travel systems / GDS / system support.
  • Hands-on experience with IRIX or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of travel operations, fares, and ticketing.
  • Great communicator who loves problem-solving.
  • Tech-savvy with a curious, startup mindset.
  • Self-starter, you don’t wait for instructions; you find solutions.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in a startup or SaaS travel platform
  • Basic API or system integration knowledgeFamiliarity with CRM / ticketing tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Jira
