As part of our growing Product & CX Office , you’ll play a key role in shaping the traveler experience end-to-end, working at the intersection of product, engineering, and commercial growth.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands‑on Product Manager who thrives in fast‑moving environments and owns the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
You’ll translate Rahal’s traveler‑first vision into intuitive experiences, lead agile delivery with cross‑functional teams, and continuously improve our OTA systems (flights, hotels, and digital add-ons like eSIMs).
This is a role for builders; someone who can turn ambiguity into clarity, and ideas into delightful, scalable products.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Delivery
- Own the full delivery lifecycle: define, prioritize, and refine the product backlog aligned with Rahal’s strategy and traveler needs.
- Ensure stories meet the Definition of Ready with clear acceptance criteria before each sprint.
- Collaborate with engineering and QA to guarantee timely, high-quality delivery.
- Remove blockers, maintain sprint velocity, and drive cross‑functional alignment around delivery milestones.
Traveler‑First Experience
- Champion the traveler’s perspective — ensure simplicity, transparency, and reliability in every flow (search, booking, payment, support).
- Review UX / UI designs and prototypes, providing actionable feedback that balances usability and commercial goals.
- Partner with marketing and CX teams to ensure new features translate into real traveler value and measurable adoption.
Insights & Market Intelligence
- Conduct ongoing competitive benchmarking across OTAs and super‑apps, spotting trends in personalization, ancillary upselling, and AI‑driven recommendations.
- Translate data insights into roadmap opportunities that improve NPS, conversion, and retention.
- Stay ahead of travel‑tech innovation — from dynamic pricing to AI‑powered targeting and automated support journeys.
Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Work closely with commercial, operations, and partnerships teams to define and execute product releases.
- Communicate progress clearly across business and tech teams, ensuring everyone understands why we build what we build.
- Perform any additional duties as directed by the CEO or Senior Product Manager.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or UX roles within OTA, travel‑tech, or marketplace environments.
- Hands‑on experience with Passenger Reservation Systems (Amadeus, Irix, or Sabre).
- Proven track record managing agile backlogs, writing user stories, and running SCRUM ceremonies.
- Analytical mindset: can interpret data, diagnose friction points, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Solid understanding of UI / UX design and software QA, able to review wireframes, flows, and test cases with confidence.
- Excellent stakeholder management; can align developers, designers, and commercial teams around shared outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a huge plus.
