Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for travelers and verify documents, guide applicants on visa requirements, and ensure timely submission to UAE immigration authorities.
  • Maintain comprehensive records for all visa applications, track status updates, generate reports, and ensure accurate documentation for internal audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise effectively with customers and government authorities, and external service providers; provide updates, resolve queries, and ensure a seamless visa experience for all stakeholders.
  • Track visa expiry dates, follow up on pending approvals, enforce UAE labor and immigration regulations, and proactively communicate deadlines and requirements to both staff and travelers.
Qualifications
  • Open to Asian nationalities preferably 35 years old and below.
  • Holder of bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2–3 years of UAE experience in travel and tourism sector involving visa coordination or travel arrangements with strong knowledge of UAE immigration and visa procedures, including various entry types, renewals, and cancellation processes.
  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred and additional certifications in visa processing, immigration compliance, travel documentation, or tourism operations will be an advantage.
