Job summary

A Dubai-based travel company is seeking a Travel and Holiday Consultant to manage reservations efficiently and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have at least 2–3 years of experience in the travel industry, proficiency in travel booking systems, and an IATA certification. This role offers a full-time position with a salary of up to 8K AED, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Open to Arabic nationalities; 32 years old and below.
• Minimum 2–3 years as a Reservations Agent or in Travel & Tourism Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and holiday packages.
• Provide exceptional service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Ensure all bookings comply with airline, hotel, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and suppliers to confirm bookings.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and holiday packages accurately and efficiently using travel booking platforms/software.
• Provide exceptional service to clients via phone, email, and chat; resolve inquiries, issues, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all bookings comply with airline, hotel, and regulatory requirements; prepare itineraries, tickets, and travel documents accurately.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and suppliers to confirm bookings, update availability, and provide management with booking trends and client feedback.

Requirements

• Open to Arabic nationalities; 32 years old and below.
• Minimum 2–3 years as a Reservations Agent or in Travel & Tourism Customer Service.
• IATA certification is mandatory.
• Must be proficient in travel booking systems (GDS/online platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite.
