Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in trauma surgery.
• Proficient in advanced surgical techniques and equipment.
• Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and emergency management skills.

• Western-trained with experience in leading healthcare institutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency and elective surgical procedures for patients with traumatic injuries.
• Manage and treat patients admitted to the trauma ward.
• Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans based on clinical evaluation and patient history.
• Monitor patient progress and modify management plans as needed.
• Collaborate with nurses, anesthesiologists, radiologists, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment options, conditions, and post-operative care requirements.
• Stay updated on advancements in trauma surgery and participate in ongoing education programs.
• Follow established guidelines and clinical protocols to ensure safe and effective patient care.
