Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City is seeking a Specialist Physician to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care under the supervision of the Consultant Physician in Abu Dhabi. The role includes leading ward rounds, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting training of junior medical staff.

The post holder will ensure adherence to hospital policies, participate in audits and clinical research, and contribute to continuous improvement in patient care and safety within the division.

Qualifications

• Board certification or equivalent completed.
• Current national license or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Assists Consultant Physician and leads rounds for patients.
• Supports supervision and training of junior medical staff.
• Performs clinical duties under supervision, aligns with best practice standards.
• Participates in multi-disciplinary meetings and ensures patient safety and quality care.
