Job summary

JOB SUMMARY

Full job descriptionFOR POOLING: The Translator will be an integral part of the team working to ensure that the materials are translated accurately to make them more accessible. The position will require to work with the Director of Operations to create professional documents in Mandarin / Portuguese / English.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translating written and verbal communications within the team.
• Ensuring that the message conveyed is accurate and appropriate.
• Translate a variety of materials including documents, emails, and web content.
• Proofread and edit translations.
• Interpreting in-person when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluency in Mandarin / Portuguese and English is a must.
• Proven experience in administrative or executive support roles.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in operating computer office software.
• Work conscientiously and responsibly, with good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive and team spirit.
• Mandarin proficiency must be HSK Level 6.
