Job summary

Sunshine Enterprise USA LLC in Dubai/Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Heavy Truck Mixer Driver to deliver ready-mix concrete across the UAE. You will load, verify mix, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining quality and safety on site.

The role requires 2–5 years of Transit Mixer experience in the UAE, a valid UAE heavy vehicle license (Cat 6/8), and the ability to read English delivery tickets. Immediate joining or short notice is preferred. Applications welcome for motivated drivers.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE heavy vehicle driving license (Cat 6 or 8).
• 2–5 years of proven Transit Mixer driving experience in the UAE.
• Valid UAE residence visa with transferable status (NOC preferred).
• Age 25–45 years old.
• Good knowledge of UAE road network and construction site locations.
• Ability to read and understand delivery tickets in English.
• Physically fit for long hours and hot weather conditions.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents or serious violations.
• Immediate joiners or max 1-month notice.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive Transit Mixer trucks (6–12 m³) to deliver ready-mix concrete to sites across UAE.
• Load concrete at batching plant and verify mix and slump per ticket.
• Deliver on time while maintaining concrete quality, no on-site water addition without authorization.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report defects promptly.
• Clean mixer drum and truck after each delivery to prevent buildup.
• Follow traffic rules and RTA regulations at all times.
• Coordinate with batching plant staff, site supervisors, and pump operators for smooth pours.
• Maintain daily logbooks, delivery tickets, and trip sheets accurately.
• Ensure safety of vehicle, load, and personnel on-site.
