Job summary

PwC Middle East is seeking a Senior Transfer Pricing Manager to lead end-to-end TP engagements across the UAE. You will craft pricing models, prepare Local/Master File documentation, and benchmark analyses while supporting controversy matters and client relationships.

Success requires 6+ years in transfer pricing, strong knowledge of OECD BEPS, and excellent English communication. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and delivering high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of transfer pricing or international tax experience with ownership of client deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline such as Economics, Finance, Accounting or Tax.
• Strong knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and BEPS; able to apply to real-world patterns.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with clear TP conclusions.
• High-quality written communication and experience mentoring juniors.
• Fluent in English; strong collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of transfer pricing engagements, including scoping, planning, execution and review.
• Develop and review Local File/Master File support, benchmarking studies, and analyses.
• Design and refresh intercompany pricing models for goods, services, intangibles, and financing arrangements.
• Support controversy matters, including audit readiness and responses to authorities.
• Coordinate with PwC teams to deliver cross-border transfer pricing solutions.
• Apply data analytics and technology to improve TP analyses.
