Department of Civil Aviation FujairahInternational International Airport is seeking an experienced RFFS Training Manager to develop, implement and maintain the RFFS training and proficiency check programme in line with GCAA CAR-AGA requirements.

You will plan and deliver initial, recurrent and refresher training for all RFFS personnel, conduct proficiency assessments, and ensure training meets ICAO and national regulatory requirements while supporting audits and inspections.

Formación

• Recognised qualifications in RFFS management, emergency management or a related field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within an aviation RFFS or equivalent emergency services environment.
• Instructor and assessor qualifications in developing and delivering training programmes and proficiency assessments, with an understanding of adult learning principles and assessment methods.
• Sound knowledge of GCAA regulations, ICAO SARPs, national regulations and industry best practice for RFFS operations and training.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE aviation experience and familiarity with GCAA CAR-AGA is preferred.

• Identify training needs and support the development of RFFS staff including supervisors and new joiners
• Liaise with the GCAA internal departments and external training providers
