A luxury hotel chain in Dubai is seeking a Training Executive to enhance talent development through effective training strategies and engagement. The ideal candidate will have at least three years in hospitality, and experience as a Training Coordinator. Responsibilities include implementing training policies, supporting the hotel in achieving KPI goals, and promoting corporate training standards.
