Job summary

NEXT Ventures seeks a senior leader to own the Trader Experience Squad for FundedNext across the dashboard and mobile apps. You will drive technical direction, squad execution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, high-performance experiences that boost trader engagement and streamline onboarding and checkout flows.

You will mentor engineers, define engineering standards and AI-native practices, and partner with Growth, Payment, Risk, Product, and Design to ensure reliable

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-stack software engineering with leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in PHP/Laravel, Node.js, and Next.js.
• Experience with high-traffic web or mobile apps, fintech/trading platforms.
• Ability to lead sprint execution and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with AI-native workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve end-to-end trader journey across dashboard and mobile apps.
• Reduce dashboard-related support tickets by identifying friction points.
• Drive onboarding, KYC, purchase, checkout, and account management improvements.
• Lead development of scalable backend with PHP/Laravel and frontend with Next.js.
