Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited in Dubai is seeking a highly talented L3 Mainframe MQ / CICS System Administrator to join our global engineering team. You will manage mission-critical mainframe workloads, ensure high availability, and optimize messaging and transaction processing across platforms.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in trading/brokerage contexts, hands-on experience with Tradenet products, OMS and FIX protocols, and a solid understanding of front-to-back brokerage architectures and market

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in trading/brokerage platforms.
• Experience with Tradenet products.
• Strong front-to-back brokerage system understanding.
• Expertise in OMS and FIX protocol.
• Knowledge of exchanges like DFM, ADX, Tadawul.
• Experience with institutional equities workflows.

Skills Required:

We are looking for Tradenet Product engineer who can have

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Trading/Brokerage platforms.
• Proven exposure to products such as Tradenet
• Strong understanding of front-to-back brokerage system architecture.
• Expertise in Order Management Systems (OMS) and FIX protocol.
• Deep knowledge of market connectivity with exchanges like DFM, ADX, Tadawul.
• Solid grasp of institutional equities workflows, including algorithmic trading, high-touch, and low-touch order flows.
