Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Process trade finance transactions and perform accurate data entry for documents.
• Handle front-office trade operations and interact with customers at the trade counter.
• Review customer complaints and take timely corrective actions.
• Scan, index, and upload documents into the system/EDMS within agreed timelines.
• Manage trade counter queries, document collection, dispatch, and provide operational support.
• Maintain tracking records for dispatched/received documents and customer acknowledgements.
• Ensure timely collection, verification, and handover of trade-related documents.
• Escalate errors or service defects to the supervisor as needed.
