A leading dermatology company in Dubai is seeking a Trade Marketing and Operations Manager. This role involves optimizing channel partnerships, managing promotional activities, and implementing trade loyalty programs. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in trade marketing and proficiency in English and Arabic. To optimize channel partnerships with a focus on customer channels such as pharmacies ensuring seamless implementation of agreed point‑of‑sale (POS) activities in alignment with Galderma Global guidelines. This involves fostering cross‑functional collaboration with ecommerce and digital teams of Cluster and Galderma Global to enhance overall customer experience. Additionally the core mission includes organizing trade promotional activities visibility in POs effectively, sharing best trade practices and implementing trade loyalty programs to drive sales and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
