Arada in the UAE is seeking an experienced tower crane operator to support lifting operations on our construction sites. You will operate tower cranes safely within approved plans and communicate with riggers and supervisors.

The role requires 3+ years of crane operating experience and a valid operator licence; UAE construction experience is preferred. Join a team focused on safety, collaboration and delivering complex developments.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily tower crane inspections.
• Operate the tower crane within rated capacity and approved operating limits.
• Follow lifting plans, signals and communication protocols.
• Maintain clear communication with riggers and lifting supervisors
• Report breakdowns, unsafe conditions, and incidents immediately.
• Ensure that tower crane will be in safe parking mode during out of service condition.
• Maintain safe working practices and comply with site HSE requirements.

Role Purpose

Operate tower cranes safely and efficiently to support lifting and material-handling activities in accordance with approved lifting plans and site procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Experience

3+ years of tower crane operating experience; valid operator certification/licence as applicable; UAE construction experience preferred.
