Job summary

Arada is seeking a qualified Tower Crane Operator to support lifting operations on our UAE sites. You will conduct daily inspections and operate cranes within rated capacity while following approved plans and signals.

Ensure clear communication with riggers and lifting supervisors, report issues promptly, and maintain safe parking and general HSE compliance on site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of tower crane operating experience; UAE construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily tower crane inspections.
• Operate the tower crane within rated capacity and approved operating limits.
• Follow lifting plans, signals and communication protocols.
• Maintain clear communication with riggers and lifting supervisors
• Report breakdowns, unsafe conditions, and incidents immediately.

Role Purpose

Operate tower cranes safely and efficiently to support lifting and material-handling activities in accordance with approved lifting plans and site procedures.

Experience
