Key Responsibilities

• Plan and arrange customized tours for clients, ensuring smooth and enjoyable itineraries
• Coordinate airport pick‑ups and drop‑offs, managing schedules and communicating clearly with clients and drivers
• Organize and oversee daily tours using our fleet of luxury vehicles
• Communicate with service providers, drivers, and clients to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Handle bookings, confirmations, and last‑minute changes with efficiency and attention to detail
• Deliver outstanding customer service from initial inquiry to final drop‑off
