Job summary

A healthcare company in the UAE seeks an Administrative Support professional to assist the Quality and Patient Safety function. Candidates should possess a relevant Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, and strong communication skills.   • Provide efficient document control and related administrative services to the department.
  • Maintain and update the company policy database and ensure a system for policy renewals.
  • Implement and drive document governance procedures and related administration.
  • Communicate relevant policy changes and updates according to company standards.

Skills

Verbal and written communication skills in English
Computer Literacy (Microsoft)
Quality improvement processes and procedures
Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards
Document management principles

Main Purpose of Job
