This senior role leads the threat intelligence function, turning complex intelligence into actionable insights that strengthen security operations and protect critical information assets.

The role requires extensive hands-on expertise in malware analysis, reverse engineering and digital forensics, with strong MITRE ATT&CK and kill-chain knowledge, and experience in

Qualifications

• 10+ years in threat intelligence and cyber threat analysis.
• Hands-on malware analysis, reverse engineering and digital forensics.
• MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain and Diamond Model knowledge.
• ISO 27001, NESA, PCI DSS and SWIFT awareness.
• GCTI, CTIA, CISSP, CISM, GCFA, GREM or ENCE certifications valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Threat Intelligence function.
• Build an intelligence-led approach to emerging cyber threats.
• Profile threat actors and analyze tactics, techniques and procedures.
• Conduct malware analysis, reverse engineering and digital forensics investigations.
• Integrate threat intel with SOC and Incident Response.
• Produce intelligence reports and briefings for technical and executive audiences.
• Deploy and maintain Threat Intelligence Platforms.

This is a senior hands-on leadership role responsible for building and advancing the organisation's threat intelligence capability.

You will lead the identification, analysis and communication of emerging cyber threats, turning complex intelligence into clear actionable insights that strengthen security operations and protect critical information assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and continuously develop the Threat Intelligence function
• Build a proactive intelligence-led approach to emerging cyber threats
• Profile threat actors and analyse their tactics techniques and procedures
• Conduct malware analysis reverse engineering and digital forensic investigations
• Integrate threat intelligence with SOC and Incident Response operations
• Produce intelligence reports and briefings for both technical and executive audiences
• Deploy and maintain Threat Intelligence Platforms
• Collaborate with industry intelligence-sharing communities and external partners
• Ensure the integrity preservation and chain of custody of digital evidence
• Manage specialist third-party security vendors
