Job summary

SUNSHINE ENTERPRISE USA LLC in the UAE seeks an experienced Purchase Manager to oversee procurement for textiles, fabrics, trims, and related materials. You will source suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely availability to support production.

Build supplier relationships and optimize purchasing processes to maintain quality at competitive prices. The role requires strong negotiation, vendor management, and inventory planning skills, with 2+ years UAE experience in textile procurement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in purchasing/procurement within textile, garment, tailoring, or fabric industry.
Strong knowledge of fabrics, textile materials, trims, accessories, and garment production requirements.
Proven experience in supplier sourcing, negotiation, and vendor relationship management.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory planning, and cost control.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/inventory management systems.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement activities for fabrics, trims, accessories, and other textile-related materials.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality standards, and reliable delivery timelines.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international textile suppliers.
Negotiate purchase agreements, pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions with vendors.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and management teams to ensure materials are available according to operational requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and support effective stock planning to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
Prepare, process, and monitor purchase orders from request to final delivery.
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, industry trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
Evaluate supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, quantity, pricing, or delivery delays.
Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and purchasing forecasts for management review.
Support continuous improvement of procurement strategies and supply chain efficiency.
