Job summary

Quality Engineering in Dubai seeks an experienced Functional Tester to support migration and implementation of Nucleus FinnOne Neo LMS & Collections platform. The role focuses on validating loan lifecycle management, repayment processing, and collections workflows.

You will execute SIT and E2E tests, track defects, and support UAT with business users, ensuring data accuracy and smooth integration with core banking, payments, CRM, and data platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years in Functional Testing.
• Strong experience with Loan Management Systems and collections.
• Experience in SIT / E2E / Integration testing and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Test end-to-end loan lifecycle including booking, disbursement, EMI schedules, repayments and closures.
• Validate migration scenarios from legacy to FinnOne Neo.
• Test collections workflows, delinquency tracking, recovery processes and dialer integrations.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation across core systems.

Role Overview

We are hiring Functional Testers with experience in Loan Management Systems (LMS) and Collections to support migration and implementation of Nucleus FinnOne Neo LMS & Collections platform.

The role focuses on validating loan lifecycle management, repayment processing, and collections workflows.

Key Responsibilities

1. LMS Functional Testing

   Test end-to-end loan lifecycle:

   • Loan booking (greenfield)
   • accounting entry validation
   • Disbursement
   • Interest calculation
   • EMI schedules
   • Repayments & closures

   Validate migration scenarios (legacy to FinnOne Neo).

2. Collections Testing

   Validate:

   • Delinquency tracking
   • Allocation and classification
   • Collections strategy workflows
   • Legal and recovery processes
   • Dialer integrations

   Ensure proper handling of NPAs, overdue, and recovery cases.

3. Integration Testing

   Test integrations with:

   • Core banking systems
   • Payment systems
   • CRM & Data platforms
   • Middleware tools

   Validate data flow and reconciliation between systems.

4. Data Validation

   Perform:

   • Data verification during migration mock runs
   • Reconciliation checks between legacy and new system
   • Ensure data accuracy for financial transactions and balances.
5. Test Execution

   Execute SIT and E2E scenarios.

   Capture and track defects with detailed analysis.

   Support UAT phase (business-driven).

6. Reporting

   Maintain:

   • Test execution dashboards
   • Defect metrics
   • Daily/weekly status reports
