Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Senior Data Quality ETL Test Lead to oversee end-to-end testing of complex finance data pipelines, ETL processes, data warehouses, and financial reporting solutions.

You will drive data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory reporting quality across multiple source systems, leveraging SQL, data profiling, and automation. The role requires leadership of large testing programs and mentoring cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Testing, ETL Testing, Data Quality, or Data Warehouse Testing.
• Strong experience in Finance/Banking domain, particularly P&L, GL, financial reporting, and regulatory reporting.
• Hands-on expertise in SQL, data validation, reconciliation, and data profiling.
• Experience with data testing/automation frameworks and regression testing.

Responsabilités

• Lead test strategy, planning, execution, and governance for ETL data quality and financial reporting projects.
• Validate data extraction, transformation, reconciliation, and loading across source systems.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of PL/GL and regulatory reporting data.
• Define and implement data testing and automation frameworks for validation and regression testing.
• Develop test scenarios, test cases, and validation scripts using SQL and data profiling.
• Validate BI reports, dashboards, KPIs, and financial outputs against source data.
• Lead defect triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution with data engineering and development teams.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, Finance, Risk, and Business teams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Establish and monitor data quality metrics, controls, and governance for regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in data testing processes and automation.
• Lead and mentor testing teams across large data programs.

We are looking for an experienced strong Senior Data Quality ETL Test Lead strong to lead end-to-end testing and validation of complex strong finance data pipelines ETL processes data warehouses and financial reporting solutions strong The role will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy completeness integrity and consistency across multiple source systems and downstream reporting platforms with a strong focus on financial and regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strong test strategy planning execution and governance strong for ETL data quality data warehouse and financial reporting projects
• Validate strong data extraction transformation aggregation reconciliation and loading strong across multiple source systems
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of strong P L General Ledger GL financial and regulatory reporting strong data
• Define and implement strong data testing and automation frameworks strong for validation and regression testing
• Develop comprehensive test scenarios test cases and validation scripts using strong SQL and data profiling techniques strong
• Validate BI reports dashboards KPIs and financial reporting outputs against source data
• Perform data reconciliation and investigate data discrepancies transformation issues and integrity gaps
• Lead strong defect management triage root-cause analysis strong and resolution in collaboration with data engineering and development teams
• Work closely with strong Data Engineering BI Finance Risk and Business teams strong to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables
• Establish and monitor strong data quality metrics controls and reporting strong to support financial and regulatory compliance

10+ years of experience in Data Testing, ETL Testing, Data Quality, or Data Warehouse Testing. Strong experience in Finance/Banking domain, particularly P&L, General Ledger (GL), financial reporting, and regulatory reporting. Excellent hands-on expertise in SQL, data validation, reconciliation, and data profiling. Strong experience in ETL testing, data warehousing, and complex data pipelines. Experience validating BI reports, dashboards, and financial reporting solutions. Working knowledge of cloud data platforms and modern data architectures. Experience with data testing/automation frameworks and regression testing. Strong understanding of data quality principles, controls, and governance. Proven experience leading large, complex data testing programs and managing cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
