Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Senior Data Quality ETL Test Lead to oversee end-to-end testing of complex finance data pipelines, ETL processes, data warehouses, and financial reporting solutions.

You will drive data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory reporting quality across multiple source systems, leveraging SQL, data profiling, and automation. The role requires leadership of large testing programs and mentoring cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Testing, ETL Testing, Data Quality, or Data Warehouse Testing.
• Strong experience in Finance/Banking domain, particularly P&L, GL, financial reporting, and regulatory reporting.
• Hands-on expertise in SQL, data validation, reconciliation, and data profiling.
• Experience with data testing/automation frameworks and regression testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead test strategy, planning, execution, and governance for ETL data quality and financial reporting projects.
• Validate data extraction, transformation, reconciliation, and loading across source systems.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of PL/GL and regulatory reporting data.
• Define and implement data testing and automation frameworks for validation and regression testing.
• Develop test scenarios, test cases, and validation scripts using SQL and data profiling.
• Validate BI reports, dashboards, KPIs, and financial outputs against source data.
• Lead defect triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution with data engineering and development teams.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, Finance, Risk, and Business teams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Establish and monitor data quality metrics, controls, and governance for regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in data testing processes and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strong test strategy planning execution and governance strong for ETL data quality data warehouse and financial reporting projects

10+ years of experience in Data Testing, ETL Testing, Data Quality, or Data Warehouse Testing. Strong experience in Finance/Banking domain, particularly P&L, General Ledger (GL), financial reporting, and regulatory reporting. Excellent hands-on expertise in SQL, data validation, reconciliation, and data profiling. Strong experience in ETL testing, data warehousing, and complex data pipelines. Experience validating BI reports, dashboards, and financial reporting solutions. Working knowledge of cloud data platforms and modern data architectures. Experience with data testing/automation frameworks and regression testing. Strong understanding of data quality principles, controls, and governance. Proven experience leading large, complex data testing programs and managing cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
