Job summary

Bybit is seeking a QA/Software Tester to join our testing team in Dubai. You will participate in the full testing lifecycle, covering requirements analysis, test case design, execution and defect tracking.

You will perform functional, regression and API testing to ensure product quality across our digital finance platform. The role requires proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, Go or C++) and strong API testing skills, with Mandarin & English language fluency.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of software testing theory and test design methods.
• Experience writing and executing API tests and automation scripts.
• Familiarity with testing in finance or Web3 environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Full Testing Lifecycle: Participate in the entire product testing process, including requirements analysis, test case design, execution, and defect tracking.




• Core Testing Tasks: Perform functional testing, regression testing, and API testing to ensure product quality.




• Environment & Data Management: Build and maintain testing environments; manage test data; submit and track bugs; and assist developers in locating and reproducing issues.




• Process Optimization: Familiarize yourself with R&D testing workflows; learn and master the company’s business logic and internal testing protocols.

Job Requirements

• Programming Skills: Proficient in at least one programming language (Python, Java, Go, or C++); capable of writing basic scripts and performing API testing.



• Language Skills: Fluent Mandarin & English



• Testing Fundamentals: Solid understanding of R&D testing workflows and software testing theory (e.g., test design methodology, boundary value analysis, etc.).




• Product Sensitivity: Keen insight into system design and implementation; ability to provide constructive suggestions for product optimization and user experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain Expertise: Background in Finance or a strong interest in Web3 and Blockchain technologies.




• Automation Tools: Experience with automation and testing tools such as Selenium, Pytest, or Postman.
