Job summary

Bybit is seeking a dynamic business development professional to drive Bybit Pay expansion in the UAE and globally. You will build partnerships with merchants, PSPs, and fintech players, manage the end-to-end BD cycle, and collaborate with Product, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations to scale crypto-to-fiat flows.

Based in Dubai, you will map markets, identify growth opportunities, and represent Bybit at industry events, contributing to regional GTM strategies and cross-border payment

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in payments, fintech, PSP, acquiring, merchant growth, or crypto BD.
• Long-term overseas work or study experience.
• Strong understanding of local payment rails, fiat/crypto conversion flows, and card programs.
• Demonstrated success in driving regional growth or launching payment products.
• Native local language proficiency and strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Support market expansion for Bybit Pay across global, building and owning the full growth pipeline.
• Acquire and manage merchants, PSPs, payment gateways, fintech partners, Web3 projects, and community leaders.
• Drive the end-to-end BD cycle: market mapping, lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and partnership execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Card, Fiat Channels, Compliance, and Marketing.
• Develop regional GTM strategies and identify high-potential payment corridors for crypto-to-fiat and fiat-to-crypto flows.
• Support cross-border payment products, including settlement channels and merchant integrations.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to optimize product direction.
• Represent Bybit in industry events, conferences, and ecosystem partnerships.
