Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to targeted prospects to promote our healthcare services and offerings.
  • Effectively articulate the value of our solutions to potential clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Create and maintain a database of leads, documenting interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
  • Generate new leads through cold calling and follow-up strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that enhance lead conversion rates.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Track and analyze market trends to provide valuable feedback to the management team.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and knowledge of healthcare services.
