Responsibilities

• Engage potential customers through outbound calls delivering clear and persuasive product service information.
• Increase office footfall by converting inquiries into confirmed office appointments and walk-ins.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients to improve appointment attendance and conversion rates.
• Handle client questions and objections professionally especially regarding job details, process and service fees.
• Confirm appointments, share the office location and remind clients before their scheduled visits.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, appointments, walk-ins and lead status in the company database.
• Coordinate with the sales consultants to ensure a smooth handover when clients visit the office.
• Work towards daily and monthly targets for successful appointments, office walk-ins and qualified leads.
