As a Telephone Operator at Conrad Dubai, you will accept, deliver, and respond to guest and management messages, inquiries, and emergencies, utilizing your knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and the local area to serve guests efficiently. Your responsibilities include:

  • Achieving positive outcomes from guest queries promptly and efficiently
  • Accepting and delivering messages accurately for guests and management
  • Ensuring wake-up calls are made at the correct times
  • Demonstrating knowledge of hotel facilities and services, and promoting offerings when appropriate
  • Handling emergency calls immediately and providing accurate information
  • Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times
  • Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
  • Attending training sessions as required
  • Having knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and landmarks
  • Following company brand standards
  • Assisting other departments as necessary
