A leading hotel chain in Ras al-Khaimah is looking for dynamic Front Office professionals. The role requires excellent English communication skills and a diploma or degree in hospitality. Candidates must be customer-driven and possess strong voice modulation abilities, with experience in Opera being advantageous. Responsibilities include managing guest queries and ensuring smooth service delivery.

You should ideally have a diploma / degree in the hospitality field with similar previous work experiences. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills along with strong voice modulation abilities are essentials. Computer literate and previous experiences with Opera are an advantage.
