Responsibilities
  • Engage with Prospects: Make outbound calls to potential clients and candidates, introducing Black & Grey HR’s services and opportunities.
  • Identify Opportunities: Research and qualify leads through cold calls, follow-ups, and database outreach.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Nurture strong client and candidate connections, setting the stage for long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with recruiters and account managers to align communication strategies with business needs.
  • Track and Report: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and feedback in our CRM and ATS.
  • Drive Results: Consistently meet and exceed call targets, conversion rates, and performance goals.
Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: Prior work experience as a Telemarketer, Telesales Representative or similar role.
  • Communication Expertise: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, professional tone.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, ATS platforms (Zoho Recruit experience is a plus) and MS Word/Office tools.
  • Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated, resilient and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
