Overview of the role

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our Service team in Dubai, specializing in light commercial trucks with petrol engines. The role focuses on performing high-quality service and repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the workshop’s productivity and revenue.

What you will do
  • Perform assigned repairs on light commercial trucks in standard time or less.
  • Diagnose vehicle issues and provide accurate job reports with correct part numbers.
  • Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, and follow standard job procedures.
  • Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer standards and confirm that they are fixed correctly.
  • Complete relevant check sheets and log sheets during diagnostics and repairs.
  • Anticipate potential future failures and advise on preventive measures.
Required skills to be successful
  • Strong mechanical and basic electrical knowledge specific to petrol engines.
  • Experience with light commercial trucks (pickups, vans, small trucks).
  • Ability to read and analyze drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
  • Familiarity with workshop equipment and tools.
  • Basic PC skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Self‑motivated, responsible, and willing to attend trainings to improve skills.
