Main functions:
- Cleaning, testing, maintaining, prepping and repairing equipment prior to carrying out a job
- Monitoring and repairing equipment during shows and any required fault finding
- Building and installing equipment on site unsupervised, according to designated layout
- Setting up and operating systems/equipment for smaller projects (i.e. running small to medium-sized shows)
- Loading and unloading of equipment
- Cleaning of equipment after shows and storing properly
- Rigging and de‑rigging of all equipment safely
- Working as part of a team on and off site
- Notifying Head of Department of all defective equipment
- Providing a good level of support to the HOD
- Performing annual inventory of all Encore equipment as per the set procedures in place
- Having a good understanding of department equipment
- Interacting directly with clients on site in a customer‑oriented manner.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment
- Reporting all health and safety issues to Group HSE Manager
- Respecting and adhering to company policies, rules and procedures
- Miscellaneous tasks within your scope of work, as assigned by the direct supervisor
