Job summary

Archirodon Group N.V is a leading international EPC contractor with a strong track record in Energy, Marine, Infrastructure, and Defense projects worldwide. The role emphasizes coordination with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and consultants to achieve seamless technical execution.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant Oil & Gas/EPC/EPCM experience.
• Experience on ADNOC projects in the UAE is highly preferred / required.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, specifications, HSE requirements, procedures and work practices.
• Experience with ADNOC Group companies is advantageous.
• Experience in EPC projects with large-scale facilities and UAE regulations.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, high-pressure project environment and coordinate with Client, Consultant, Contractors.
• Excellent command (written and oral) of English.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and approve all technical submissions including shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Ensure all technical documents and designs comply with ADNOC standards and Oil & Gas regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and consultants for seamless technical execution.
• Liaise with ADNOC representatives, consultants, and clients for technical approvals and clarifications.
• Monitor and manage design changes, variations, and technical issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Support procurement in material selection, ensuring all materials comply with AVL and ADNOC specifications.

Job Description

KeyResponsibilities:

• Review,verify,andapprovealltechnicalsubmissionsincludingshopdrawings,materialsubmittals,andmethodstatements.
• EnsurealltechnicaldocumentsanddesignscomplywithADNOCstandardsandOil&Gasindustryregulations.
• Coordinatewithprojectmanagers,siteengineers,procurement,andconsultantsforseamlesstechnicalexecution.
• LiaisewithADNOCrepresentatives,consultants,andclientsfortechnicalapprovalsandclarifications.
• Monitorandmanagedesignchanges,variations,andtechnicalissuestoavoidprojectdelaysorcostoverruns.
• Supportprocurementinmaterialselection,ensuringallmaterialscomplywithapprovedvendorlists(AVL)andADNOCspecifications.

Qualifications

What you will need to have:

• Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, EPC/EPCM, or major infrastructure projects, depending on the position.
• Proven experience working on ADNOC projects in the UAE is highly preferred / required.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, specifications, HSE requirements, project procedures and work practices.
• Previous experience with ADNOC Group companies, such as ADNOC Onshore, ADNOC Offshore, ADNOC Gas, ADNOC LNG, ADNOC Drilling, or related ADNOC entities, will be considered a strong advantage.
• Experience in EPC projects, preferably involving large-scale oil & gas facilities, offshore/onshore facilities, pipelines, terminals, or associated infrastructure.
• Familiarity with UAE statutory requirements, authority approvals and local regulations relevant to Oil & Gas construction activities.
• Proven ability to work in a multicultural and high-pressure project environment and coordinate effectively with Client, Consultant, Contractors and Subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of construction planning, execution, quality control, HSE and project schedules relevant to the position.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Previous UAE/GCC project experience is mandatory or highly preferred, depending on the seniority of the position.
• Ability to join the project within a short notice period will be an advantage.
• Excellent command (written and oral) of English
