Job summary
Emirates is seeking a Technical Services Engineer I (Airframe/Mechanical Systems) to provide fleet technical management, continuing airworthiness, and technical support for the UAE-flag fleet. You will review regulatory documents, implement actions to improve reliability, and support cost-effective maintenance programs.
Role requires extensive aeronautical engineering experience, with leadership in design, procedures, and project coordination to support new aircraft acquisitions and end-of-lease
Qualifications
- Requires degree in engineering related to aviation and an Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Licence.
- Extensive experience in Engineering, Aeronautical field (10+ years).
- Ability to analyse and synthesise technical information for cost-effective implementation.
Responsibilities
- Provide fleet technical management and continuing airworthiness management for Emirates fleet.
- Routinely review technical documents from manufacturers/regulatory authorities and update internal engineering records.
- Improve reliability and maintainability through analysis of in-service data and optimization of maintenance programs.
- Deliver technical assistance and support during disruptions (technical/AOG, defects, delays).
- Lead design and organisation activities including SOP development and deviations under DE privileges.
