Cohere is hiring a Senior Mobile Engineer to build and ship features for our AI workspace platform. You will work with UI/UX designers to implement interfaces, and collaborate with researchers to productionize models.

You will stay at the forefront of mobile tech, security and privacy constraints, and explore new technologies. We value experience with Swift/SwiftUI or Kotlin/Jetpack Compose, building native apps for AI-focused companies, and the ability to bootstrap new projects in fast-paced

As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you will:

• Build and ship features for North, our AI workspace platform
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement interface elements
• As security and privacy are paramount, you will sometimes need to re-invent the wheel, and won’t be able to use the most popular libraries or tooling
• Collaborate with researchers to productionize state-of-the‑art models and techniques
• Research new technologies and best practices

You may be a good fit if you:

• Have extensive experience with either Swift and SwiftUI or Kotlin with Jetpack Compose
• Built native applications for AI companies and/or built apps loved by many users
• You’re able to read and understand, and even fix issues outside of the main codebase
• You have experience bootstrapping new projects
• You excel in fast-paced environments and can execute while priorities and objectives are a moving target
• Bonus: you’ve worked on audio features for apps

Compensation:

• For candidates based in Canada, the compensation range is: $215,000 – $310,000
