Job summary

DataScience Middle East is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to oversee multiple software and BI projects from initiation to delivery in Dubai. You will partner with project managers, engineers, QA, and clients to ensure timely delivery within scope and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2+ years in project coordination, PM, or software implementation.
• Experience coordinating software development or BI projects preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Basic understanding of the SDLC.
• Experience with cross-functional technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple software and technology projects simultaneously.
• Support planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution.
• Track progress and ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
• Facilitate communication between clients, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Lead meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Assist in gathering and validating business and technical requirements.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, plans, and dashboards.
• Coordinate UAT activities and support deployments.
• Ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
• Collaborate across SDLC with development and QA teams.
• Support Agile ceremonies like Sprint Planning and Daily Stand-ups.
• Escalate risks and blockers when necessary.
• Maintain proactive client relationships and follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to improve coordination and delivery efficiency.
