Job summary

Emirates Group IT is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead product backlogs, collaborate with multiple engineering teams, and ensure value delivery from concept to operations. You will own stories, acceptance criteria, and bid for priority within PI planning while managing debt and non-functional requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in IT with at least 2 years in product ownership, plus CSPO/SAFe/PSPO training.

Qualifications

5+ years of IT experience including 2+ years as a Product Owner/Manager delivering value in cross-functional teams.
Global Product training such as CSPO/SAFe/PSPO is desirable and demonstrates structured practice.
Proven technical or domain knowledge within Emirates group domains and regulatory awareness.
Familiarity with product management tools and best practices for software delivery.
Strong, concise communication across peers, leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own backlogs, define story content and acceptance criteria, and sign off stories across teams.
Capture and prioritize Technical Debt and non-functional requirements in all sprints.
Incorporate BAU, ceremonies and spikes into team backlogs within capacity.
Contribute to PI demos with other Product Owners and maintain feature quality.
Identify risks and dependencies and communicate to the Product Portfolio backlog.
