The Role

VinBay is seeking a Field Sales & Engagement Representative with proven B2B SaaS and pre-sales experience to lead customer acquisition across the UAE automotive market.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the UAE and hold a valid driver’s license. Professional proficiency in English is required; fluency in Arabic or other regional languages is considered an asset.

This is a full-time, field-focused role combining sales, engagement, and customer‑success responsibilities to expand VinBay’s market presence.

You will represent VinBay in the field, engage directly with business owners, deliver on‑site product demonstrations, and drive Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) through relationship‑based selling and effective pipeline management.

Reports To: Head of Sales & Marketing
Experience Level: 3–5 years in B2B SaaS sales, pre‑sales, or customer success
Industry Advantage: Automotive technology or aftermarket experience preferred

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute field prospecting, cold visits, and in‑person outreach to generate qualified B2B leads.
  • Identify and source potential leads through digital research and online prospecting.
  • Define and continuously refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for the Emirati market using verified data insights collected from client interactions.
  • Deliver compelling, live SaaS product demonstrations for workshops, garages, and spare‑parts retailers.
  • Collect and communicate market feedback and user insights to internal teams for product and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and may independently close deals that contribute to MRR growth.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to optimize campaigns and market messaging.
  • Produce accurate reports on pipeline status, sales metrics, and client engagement trends.
Required Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, pre‑sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle and meet or exceed MRR/ARR targets.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and customer‑focused.
  • Valid UAE driving license (own car preferred).
  • Full‑time availability aligned with the UAE and Egypt time zones for cross‑regional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling ERP, CRM, or management software (e.g., Salesforce, Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Background in the automotive, retail, spare‑parts, or workshop‑management sectors.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce; advantage for experience configuring CRM pipelines or automation workflows.
  • Passion for technology, data‑driven sales, and digital transformation.

Within 1–3 Months
  • Co‑develop and validate the first Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for the UAE market.
  • Master the VinBay platform and deliver insightful, data‑driven demonstrations.
Within 3–6 Months
  • Consistently exceed closed‑deal and MRR targets.
  • Maintain a low client churn rate through relationship building and proactive engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and key feedback source for internal teams.
