Responsibilities include validating designs, implementing quality control systems, and supporting project lifecycle planning. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Real Estate Development and a strong technical knowledge of construction standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Real Estate Development, Construction, or Project Management in the UAE.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, and design standards.
• Expertise in stakeholder coordination, risk management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Validate designs, drawings, and technical documentation prepared by consultants.
• Implement robust quality control systems aligned with international luxury standards.
• Monitor site progress and quality of works against timelines, budgets, and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and issue technical reports on compliance, risks, and corrective actions.
• Support project lifecycle planning and ensure adherence to schedules and milestones.
• Escalate risks, delays, or deviations and propose mitigation strategies.
• Drive cross-functional coordination to minimize silos and ensure efficient workflows.
• Identify technical risks early and recommend preventive measures.
• Review technical solutions for cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment between consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Promote adoption of best practices and compliance with international codes and standards.

• Hands‑on exposure to site operations, design office and head office functions.
• Expertise in stakeholder coordination, risk management and reporting.
