Job summary

Flip retail in Dubai is seeking a Technical Office Engineer to prepare and submit architectural illustrations, coordinate with subcontractors, and lead technical meetings to ensure design compliance. The role requires strong AutoCAD (2D/3D) and Revit skills with a Bachelor’s degree and UAE experience.

You will review supplier drawings, monitor design progress, and support procurement activities across projects in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit architectural illustrations (block design, floor tile design, structural rebar drawings).
• Review and submit product/store drawings from subcontractors per specs and drawings.
• Participate in regular design review meetings for projects and websites.
• Coordinate with draftsmen and oversee subcontractor design work.
• Lead and organize technical and coordination meetings with all subcontractors to monitor design progress.
• Prepare procurement checklists for architectural products to approve supplier listings.

Role Description:

• Prepare and also submit related architectural/ architectural illustrations (Block design, Floor tile design, Structural rebar illustrations, General Setup etc).
• Testimonial and also submit the associated product & store drawings submittals gotten from the subcontractors in accordance with the specs as well as drawings of the job.
• Participating in the regular development conferences for all the websites to keep an eye on the design entries.
• Dealing with the jobs of the draftsman.
• Leading and also prepare the technical as well as sychronisation conferences with all subcontractors and also monitor the related design jobs.
• Prepare a procurement checklist for the different architectural product to approve a supplier listing for all the jobs.
• Technical support to follow-up on the rejected submittals to obtain the last approval.
• Follow-up the task subcontractors to make sure conformity with set criteria and requirements.
• Software abilities:
  • Autocad (2D & 3D).
  • Revit.
