Job summary

Flip retail in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced engineer/technologist with hands-on expertise in building and facilities maintenance, concrete repair, exterior and interior finishes, fencing and infra-structure works. You should manage a multidisciplined team of engineers and workers and coordinate closely with client representatives.

Excellent written and spoken English and/or Arabic are required. A UAE driving permit is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Building and Facilities Maintenance, Concrete Repair Works, Exterior And Interior Finishes, Fence, Infra-structure jobs etc.
• Should be able to lead a multidisciplined group of engineers as well as workers and coordinate with client representatives.
• Excellent written communication skills in English and/or Arabic, UAE Driving Permit is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplined group of engineers and workers and coordinate with client representatives.
• Coordinate very closely with client representatives and ensure project alignment.
• Manage monthly billing and profits for the project.
