Job summary

Brital Aluminuim Systems in Dubai is seeking a senior leader to head the technical department for aluminium systems, including façades, curtain walls, windows and doors. You will review drawings, supervise design and fabrication, and optimize materials to deliver projects on time and to specification.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, architects and installation teams, providing technical guidance to engineering, production and installation staff, ensuring quality and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the aluminium systems industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium profiles, façade systems, curtain walls, windows, doors, and architectural glazing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical department for aluminium systems including façades curtain walls windows and doors.
• Manage and oversee all technical aspects of aluminium systems projects.
• Review architectural and structural drawings specifications and project requirements.
• Oversee system design shop drawings fabrication drawings and material optimization.

• Provide technical guidance to engineering production and installation teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality requirement safety industry standards and project specification.
• Lead technical problem-solving and implement innovation engineering solutions.
• Support project planning cost optimization and value engineering initiatives.
